• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

• Delivery delays due to courier or unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.

• Please check the parcel before accepting delivery. Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Returns, Replacement & Refunds
