At Red Peak, we strive to deliver products that are fresh, safe, and of the highest quality. Since our items are food-based and perishable, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect. In such cases, customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order by providing proof (images or videos of the package and product). Once verified, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged due to improper storage after delivery. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
